How will i increase the number of rows in itr 4

which software are you using? if Java, there is option to click ADD, see image below 

For XL sheet there is no provision for extra rows. 

Write  three rows with major expenses 

Fourth row  write all heads with coma and write lumsum amount

For eg Stationary, Veh Repairs, Newspaper, Library , Computer stationary etc

Last year i had refund of 95k and i got wihin two months. 

I did same thing for AY2014-15 AY 2015-16. and doing this year also.

One more method is to 

1) Fill the entire XL sheet

2) Validate each  sheet, Calculate tax and  Generate XML sheet

3) Open this XML in java utility

4) In Java utility click  P&L tab  and fill in extra heads of expenses
