how will be the mark sheet ?

i have a query........ if one clears his ipcc inter ...like Group 1 in nov and Group 2 in may...  so can he ask for a single marksheet for both the groups (apart from seperate marksheet which ICAI allots)  ...AND if there is any absent or fail mark (in case failed or absent in  other group.) ... how to hide such things....does ICAI allots fresh cerfticates (other than normal mark sheets) after clearing both groups....
