Superb paper.  4 -5 marks questions.  Best to reply in 4 to 5 points only. Easy to score for spread of marks. Atleast no chance of failure at all. 4 sub question  each question.  Even if you score 2 marks per question your score will be 4 × 6 ×2 = 48 marks.

It was a Lengthy paper! 

Though the Q. were of 4 marks but expection of ans. may be at full length.

Can anyone tell me whether investor can get credit of service tax paid on constructed service by builder or developer? Exclusion part of input (B) and in except part does that mean service portion is included as inputs??? Please clarify
