how was your TAxation paper?
there was no any change in pattern of PCC?
But pcc was difficult. students were not happy. TDS was given very importantance.
this time PCC and IPCC was not same as it cant be because income tax-50marks, service tax-25 and VAT- was of 25 marks.
interesting thing: IPCC paper code was WIN. it was easy and students were feeling like they have won.
in IPCC no question from PGBP. but 16 marks weightage of Setup and carry forward.
There is still half an hour to go but we are waiting.
for IPCC i think it will be easy in income tax but difficult in service tax and VAT bcoz students has less material to study in these subjects.
Let them come from the hall.....

I think its gonna b tough for both.. or else PCC atleast..
Coz, all the exams till now were really really easy yaar, so this is somethin they can make difficult, the only practical exam they can make tricky... After that, its SM/IT..., that can be average..

Hey , nice PCC paper this time , balanced..a number of tricky things included, but that I think is the essence of Tax, HEAVY weightage to amendments and circulars...there was an entire 8 mark question based entirely on one circular!
