plz try it even in final also.... if u cant recall the section dnt mention it... only write as per provision of company act in ths regard..... and if u can recall d name of case law bt u r sure tht there is sum case law and u remember d facts of cases jus wtite as per relevent case law in ths regard ....

thn conclude ur answer on the basis of heading no 1. and 2.

As you are a qualified CS first of all good law knowledge should be reflected from your attitude. Questions which may be asked == procedure for increase in AC, different ROC forms along with their purpose. How to conduct GM, BM. Imp sections are 81, 159, 163, 274, 295, 297, 314 and 269. If you are going for listed company good knowledge of Listing Agreement is indispensable.
