How to view Deficiency Memo GST RFD-03 in GST Portal?

Hello Dhruva Sir,

My Refund Application is processed online only (filed after 25.09.2019).  In Online Portal, it shows Deficiency Memo issued, but i can't download in online portal or does not receive in email.

I am also looking for the same option.... where can I see the deficiency memo online?

Further I would like to know, Department asked us to reply the notice & upload relevant documents online, but i didnt find any link to reply the same through online.

Can u please help, from where we can find or reply the same.

In fact we have to re-submit the application instead of replying. I experienced this on two occasions.

When I am trying to re-submit application, it is showing that a submitted application already exist for the same period. Could you please suggest a way out for correcting the deficiency?

Hi, have you received any reply/ solution how reply/resubmission of fresh application for Deficiency Memo,

While submitting fresh application getting error message saying like " Refund already submitted for this document"

How can I get a certificate of Endorsement from the specified officers of the SEZ regarding receipt of goods for authorized operations under second proviso to rule 89(1), Because in Deficiency memo they are asking this attachment

The refund application was applied three times by me for  exports of goods without payment of tax... Via form gst rfd 01with all supporting documents... But the officer issued deficiency memo rfd 03.. I go and ask directly to the officer why you have issued deficiency memo sir as I attached all documents and further you need any additional documents I'll give you... But the officer said read rules and then file... But i  read all rules and applied.. In this situation some one pls suggest me  what shall I do furtherly
