i tried lot to use outlook but i cant. pl tell me how can i use outlook . i was trying to send e-mail but it always showing failed because of server it cant find.
pl tell me is it used in an organisation only or i can use it as gmail also.
can outlook be used to send or recieve e- mail as we do in gmail or yahoo.
pl celar my doubt

Yes you can use outlook to send or recieve e- mail as we do in gmail or yahoo, but for that first you can configure your pop3 & smtp server.
