  Dear kundan,

share purchased in private limited company can transferred to demat account, the shares which are listed on recognized stock exchange can be transferd to demat account i.e electronic form..

the shares transaction of buy & sold of pvt. Companies done in manual form, can't done in E form.

As pvt companies can’t make a public call & can’t issue shares other than its directors, relative.

Furthur if the company go for demateralisation of its shares then only the share holders can convert there physical scriptt into demat form.

if director gets share then it is transferred in demat or not

if company shares is in dematerlisation form, then transfer can  take place.subject to u hav to fill a form and submitt it with ur DP.(depositary participants).
& it is tuff to tell share  price of pvt. companies but normally the intrinsic value of company is taken as price of shares.

Now You Can Transfer Funds from NRO to NRE a/c…!!!

Since the significant announcement by the Reserve Bank of India on May 7, 2012 many NRIs have expressed interest in transferring funds from the Non-Resident Ordinary Account (NRO) to Non-Resident External Account (NRE)
