currently we work in Bangalore and We have to start new site in Kerala, How to shift machinery from Karnataka to Kerala how

it is clarified if such relocation of machines are not for business , just delivery challan mentioning
the declaration and GSTN , it can be relocated , but see if there is any other provision otherthan
GST , ie bank loan permission etc boss.
