you can take credit of Rs 1453/- for Excise & Rs 44/- for E.Cess.
dear friend, why can not i take the basic customs duty & cess to cenvat of cvd & cess
Please refer to Rule 3 (7) of the Cenvat Credit Rule 2004, wherein formula for taking credit on duty pad by EOU for DTA clearance is prescribed.
