Important Suggestions for PCC and IPCC Students for Exams

For Law, Ethics and Communication refer Munish Bhandari or M.P.Vijaykumar sir book.  First study from institute material, then use any of the above mentioned reference books. Read the caselaws given in institute study material, as many of the practical questions come from caselaws. Read thouroughly the section numbers. Its easy to finish law in 30 days if you sit for 2 hours daily. Don't devote separate time for Ethics and Communication. Read those daily for some half an hour. Its enough. Read past year question papers and RTPs. You will surely score good marks in law.

Dear Fri+end here is some steps/advice

1.compilation of PEII at the very first.

Start with company Audit,then contract Act,Bonus Act,etc. Read negotial instrument Act at last

2.use Jayraman's book for further information.(AS foundation-Pune-Maharashtra)

3.Prepare the list of important sections and case laws.(Give the referece of same in ur answers only if u r confident,it will value add ur marks)

4. Do not avoide Ethics and communication part.It is easy but students neglect it.

Follow only one reference book but must use compilation of PEII issued by BOS of ICAI.

While revising after reading question do not see the solution/answers. Give the same by your own and check /compare with the relevant material say compilation.

Do not be confused. Listen everybody but follow yourself.

there is no need to take coachings for law read on the bare law and practice case laws , and also procure a compilation of suggested answers by icai ,,, i had also done the same and passed my law ethics and communication .. ok regards
