How to start with failure

Hi I am an IPCC student for last four years Well I don't know to how to start with failure.Since I read everything. I don't know which strategy should follow .I am following the principle "stop not until you succeed" since I am working hard but I fail Even got the advice but they are worthless. Kindly give an idea what strategy should follow
