one of my friend has Small Cloth Shop, He purchase the goods from registerd dealer who charge him the GST, My friend selling the goods to general public but cant collect gst as its local market. and all his billing is in kaccha in nature.
So my question is if he wants to get gst Registration why? coz vendor is Asking to provide gstn for delivering goods from delhi to nagpur.
so in this case how would he show his sale in gst coz he is not collecting gst but paying the same to vendor. hope Youhave understood everything so please help

Just asking as it is small cloth shop why havent u took composition scheme also u can buy from inter state just u cannot sell interstate it will be benificial
