for itsm go through pm nd sm. ...... for audit go for Surbhi Bansal nd pm
instead of Surbhi Bansal ma'am's book for audit I would recommend to go for Pankaj Garg sir's book. I have gone through both the books and I found Garg sir's book much better (specially for self study in audit).
