Now a days many deductors are receiving the "TDS" Demand Notices from Assessing Officers for the Years from F.Y.2007-08 to F.Y.2015-16.
But, Many deductors filed the tds returns in F.Y.2007-08 in PAPER RETURN FORMAT. If deductors revise the tds return in paper format now (becasuse there will non availability of FVU file at tds cpc), TIN Centers are not accepting the Revised Returns in "PAPER RETURN FORMAT"

TDS CPC will tell to file revised return in paper format or first need to get the paper return cancelled and then need to file return in electronic format.
And all this has to done at NSDL ... and when we contact NSDL they have no idea about it... and NSDL will say to contact suitable persons / Entities like Tax Consultant / Income Tax Assessiong Officer or Aaykar Sampark Kendra at ask @ incometaxindia.gov.in .....
And when we approach TDS Officer, he will say it is under CPC so contact CPC...
So we will back to where we start from :)
The best is to get the original return cancelled and file ereturn.
