How to reset password for IT website. There showing 3 options for reset password but I dont have any answer for that . Is there any other option to reset ??

As in could you please explain your query in detail
1. Answer secret question ?
2. Upload digital signature certificate
3.Using (OTP) PINS.

Answer secret questions. If you don't know the answers to secret questions, then you can login through netbanking and then reset your password or you can do it with your regd mobile no and email Id
It will ask PIn sent to mobile. I dont have india number. I'm in US.
How's is that possible.You must have regd an Indian mobile no right? Go with the option of netbanking login

You may take third option by paying some amount of tax as self assessment for last year n use the cin number of that challan
You can use the netbanking login option and change the password. Follow the steps of netbanking option as attached in the file above
Mani kant select third option using otp pin then select the new register mobile and mail id now you'll be received otp submitt the pin now you can login after 12 hours. .
I come to know that,you don't hav access to your registered mobile number. please select the option as New number and Email which will b there at PINs option. and then it will ask for previous years TAN number ,enter the previous years TAN (any of the last 3 yrs).and reset your account .if still unable to do this internet banking is the only way.
Its done. I used netbanking. Thankyou all for your comments.
