Industrial Training

Clear CA final and join another mid size firm u will get all the exposure you want . But do not regret about this 2.5  yrs concentrate on anoather 6 months to one year of ur articles. If u have not given ur finals then in no case go for industrial training.........clear finals first

If you become the master of one i.e. Project Finance then definitely it is sufficient to make a very good career in Finance.

The opinion may not work good for you if you really have interest in Audit and Taxation.

According to me; Project Finance consultancy is one of the best rewarding area in the CA Profession.

Have you asked yourself why your boss is engaged only in Project Financing despite having qualification in accountancy, auditing and advanced knowledge of Taxation etc.?

Try to see the balance sheets and profit and loss account with notes on account very carefully. Also see the attached audit reports with them. ( I presume that due to work pressure; you have not so far referred them very carefully).

I hope you will have basic understanding about auditing because auditing is nothing but the checking of records like checking of your driving licence by a traffic police or checking of a travelling ticket by TCE.  Apply the same rule to the accounting whether they have underlying documents or not and auditing is completed.

Statutory Audits are governed on the basis of certain Acts and reporting is made according to the format designed by the Statue.
