How to prepare e-way bill if imported consignment is stored in private storage place

Suppose Mr. A of Baroda Imports Four machines under signle import Invoice at Nhava Sheva. After Customs clearance, all the machines are kept in Private warehouse located at some whare in Ahmedabad for onware transportation to Udaypur where he is having a Factory.Mr. A trsaports the Machinery one by one as and when required to his Udaypur Plant from Ahmedabad. Now question is how E-way bill to prepare from Ahmedabad to Udaypur where ONE E- way bill has prepared from Nhava Sheva to Ahmedabad? Secondly, which invoice number is to mention at the time of preparation of E way bill each time? and what other documents are required for preparation of Eway bill.?

where goods imported have single invoice is transported through multiple vehicles.then e-way bill shall be generated for each of such vehicles based on the delivery challans issued for that portion of the consignment and:
a) the supplier shall issue the complete invoice before dispatch of the first consignment;

b) the supplier shall issue a delivery challan for each of the subsequent consignments, giving reference to the invoice;

c) each consignment shall be accompanied by copies of the corresponding delivery challan along with a duly certified copy of the invoice; and

d) the original copy of the invoice shall be sent along with the last consignment.

Thank you for reply.Here is not a question of single invoice and multiple transportations therafter,Here is queestion of how to genrate E way bill second time on the same import invoice ?.See, after clearance of Imported goods under single invoice from Nhava Sheva the entire goods (ie Four machines )are transported from Nhava Sheva to Ahmedabad for storing in Private Ware house under E way bill prepared on the basis of the Import Invoice.Now the said imported goods (all Four Machines) are transported from Ahmedabad to Udaypur in singal item as and when required.There is no any new invoice is prepared by Mr. A of Baroda ( in the above case) he has only old Import Invoice considering the said invoice one E awy bill from Nhava Sheva to ahmedabad has alredy bee prepared.

Now questions are:

1) how E-way bill to prepare from Ahmedabad to Udaypur where ONE E- way bill has prepared from Nhava Sheva to Ahmedabad?

2) which invoice number is to mention at the time of preparation of E way bill each time? and what other documents are required for preparation of Eway bill.
