How to prepare books of a/c ?

I am not aware about any other software but Tally could be use to hold the data transanction.

There are many problem in tally,
1. Client whose return is only prepared by us and not the accounts has no meaning to keep his share record in tally.

2. The client who purchase share of many company becomes difficult to us to open accounts of each company wise because it will become ample of a/c.
