How to prepare AASs & ASs

Plz Suggest me how shud I prepare AASs & ASs as they are too lenghty and too tough to remember and I am finding them difficult also???????????

Refer to DS Rawat for AS n AAS. Read maximum of one AS per day on altenate days. Follow the same for AASs.
