How to pass ipcc

I had been registered as PE-II student 6.5 years ago, I had given more than 7 attemps, now converted to IPCC but still unable to clear the exams. Every time my total is about 235 to 250, many times i reached to exemption level in Accounts, audit & law, Taxation and cost are good. every time i am passed in individual subject but not in aggregate Stil I not get desied result.  I had learn all the subjects thourouly, Please suggest what to do to clear the examinations.
