we are incorporating New LLP and that's need DPIN as we don't have any company secretary who is required to Authorised DPIN form.??

how to obtain DIN for forming LLP

You can apply for DIN no., for those who dont have one, while filing the Fillip form (i.e. form for incorporation of LLP). The form has inbuilt provision to register for DIN for those people who havent obtained one yet.
