How to master company law 2013

Being a cs student and having written my company law paper with old act which is no longer applicable I have to master and get knowledge in the new act. Please help me how I can make a detailed study. already kept 1 hour daily to study the company law alone. which is the best book to buy? how do I get the details on the company's rules and regulations and keep updated. Please help .
