How to make random amount Tally accounting Entries from Excel?

Dear, 

I want to make auto Tally random amount entries from Excel. (like.. receipts, payments, sales, purchases, contra, journal) with specified different criteria.. Like Data Range, Amount Range.

Kindly help.

There is no any specific function and formula in Excel to do this work. But you can use RANDBETWEEN(1,100) this formula for limited use. 

I found also one tool generator where you can easily generate fake accounting entries for expenses and receipts with specified date range and amount range.

Follow these steps to generate random amount Tally accounting entries -

  • Open Tally Company
  • Open XLTOOL Excel tool
  • Enable Excel Macros
  • Press F1 Key
  • Click RANDOM ENTRY button
  • Select the criteria and range as per your requirements
  • Click to Generate Button.

 

 

A person who is adept with the above can easily perform them.
