    Begin by listing your contact information in an attractive format, giving your address, phone number, e-mail address, and a phone number that you can be reached at during the day.

    Next, begin listing your achievements. List your high school and college graduation dates as well as awards and distinctions that you received. Remember to also list any job positions that you have held from the most recent to the beginning.

    After you have finished writing information about the various job positions that you held, detail the responsibilities that you held in each job in an attractive and professional manner. Make sure that you describe each job in a way that will cause your prospective employer to appreciate it.
