There is a listed Company and there is a Private Company. Now How can this Private company can be made the subsidiary of the listed Company.
Can anyone provide me with checklsit for the above as to what all areas will be monitered

The way may be by acquiring more than 50% share capital of such private limited Company subject to compliance of provisions of Section 372A and listing agreement in this regard.
