my frnd is selling the property to an nri, so while applying for TAN, he has 2 issues while entering the AO details, no ward number is mentioned in the voter I'd and also the property value will be 3.4cr, but in the current FY, an agreement to sell is happening and receive an advance of 10lakhs and in the next fy the remaining amount will be receivable. whether to consider the annual TDS will be less than 10lakhs or more than lakhs?? and we're not able to trace the AO details, someone please enlighten me , his name starts with the letter H, Someone please share the AO details or atleast the respective ward number.
