How to know the service tax amount paid by us ?

I am working in an institution where nearly 200 branches were spread across India. We did not opted for centralized registration in service tax. Each branch has its own individual service tax registration no. 

As we are not sure of getting physical challans & details of the service tax payment made by the branches, is there any other way to know the details of service  payments made  by these branches ?

Like in Form 26 AS, can we know the total service tax payments made through one ST No. ?
