How to inform gst office

sir,

we are doing gst filing practicenor work. 4 years back we registered some clients with our mobile number. Address and name are there company info only. Later after 4 or 5 returns submission they discontinued from us without any intimation. now from gst office they enquired thro' our mobile and ask about the left client. The user name & pwd also doesn't know. how we will change our mobile number in that gstin portal.

If Authorised signatory is the same person who is also the proprietor or partner of the business then:-

a. Login & Click Registration tab & Select Non Core amendment.

b. Click on Promoter/Partner tab

c. Click Edit under Actions

d. update whatever Information you want to update and then SAVE it. Now it will  automatically reflect the changes in authorised signatory tab also.

e. In Authorised signatory tab Click on check box to select the person as primary authorised signatory (only if there is only one authorised signatory) & SAVE it.

f. Go to verification Tab & verify it.

Now OTP will come on the newly added mobile Number & Email ID. (If EVC mode Chosen)

2. If more than one authorised signatory is there in the business.

a. Login & Click Registration tab & Select Non Core amendment.

The problem is we doesn't have password and mobile no. for authorised signatory. So we couldn't even login and also no contact with current service provider.

Better to approach G.S.T. higher officials and bring their notice your problem. They may try to solve it.
