I qualified about 3 years back, and I wasnt really sure of which particular field I wanted to be in. And now after a few job switches in search of the right profile, I find myself in a really bad situation.
I know what I would like to do now, but people wouldn't really hire me, cos of my earlier switches. And then the only route available becomes Accounting BPO's or KPO's. Which I really dont wanna go into. I guess there are other people, who make uninformed decisions, and though I have done well in whatever job I have been into, and I am quite capable of doing anything, people just wont give me another chance.
How should I really take it forward, say if I wanted to make a career in Tax, and had no post qualification experience into Tax.
