How to get Zero IT return reciept

I am working in a small scaled software company. And my Gross annual income is of 2.4LPA.

I know that I am not eligible to pay IT returns. But recently I was asked to submit IT Returns reciept with 0 amount in one bank to get credit card.

I enquired about it in our organisation. They told that they won't pay IT for not eligible employees.

So the question is how can I get the one. please help me
