Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how contractors can claim TDS benefits when payments are made to third parties, specifically addressing TDS under Section 194N. If TDS is deducted from your business bank account, you can claim this credit when filing your income tax returns. However, if the deduction is from an employee's account, only the employee can claim the TDS benefit on their individual returns.

Simply, if TDS u/s 194N is deducted from bank account, if that bank account is on name of contractor (you) , than contractor (you) can take TDS credit while filing IT return.
TDS deducted u/s 194N get TDS benefit your staff only while filing their Returns
