Sir/Madam,
Service tax no was surrendered on the site but the form which was for the purpose of surrender was not saved,due to some technical problems.
The certificate cannot be surrender without the copy of that particular form.
Is there any way to get this form? The same matter was put in front of the respective division but there was no proper reply regarding this issue.
If there is any other way to get copy of the form from the site then please let me know.
