How to get PAN # for new LLP

fill the PAN application and send alongwith this applicatin LLP Incorporation Certificate.

I have applied for the PAN card. Now I have to send in the Acknowledgement sheet along with a copy of the Company Registration. My question is, do I have to Sign in the signature box on the Acknowledgement sheet, or is that only for Individual applications? If I do have to sign, do I need to also punch my company rubber stamp on it?

U hv to affix ur LLP stamp on the application along with the signature of designated patner.

Thank you for the answer. I sent the Acknowledgement receipt yesterday without the LLP stamp and signature as the website states that the signature is required in the case of individual applications only :(

They will probably deny the application and I will have to resubmit it.
