pl inform me that how to take new BSR code for bank.. I am director in a Co.op.bank and we want to take BSR code. so at which department i should go? and if any form available for that or what?

Just type bsr code in google and bank name of which bank u have required.

I dont have exact idea of how to get new bsr code but as it is IT dept initiative , you can aproach IT dept and ask them the process...
