Dear Friends and Respeted Teachers

Pls help me!! i lost my CPT Registration Form , CPT Certificated and IPCC Registration Form . while shifting to new house how to i get my certificates pls!

hiiiii fnd u just go to icai chapter office nd enquire ther,,,,,, i dont know wher r u frm nd i am submitting the icai no's

Sameena,if u hv lost ur cpt n ipcc registration letter den u can write an application to the regional office under which u r registered for issue of duplicate registration letter n for cpt certificate u hv to write application for issue of duplicate certificate to icai head office.
