You can check in the Income Tax webite by logging into your account. After entering into your account, u can go to on the  top left side of the page u can view My Account icon . Click on that outstanding demand   BAR & fil the particulars. It  will  show  for the amount of tax payable by u.

you can get it from the website of income tax efiling after login your PAN No.
