How to get icwai enrollment form for registration

hiii, If u are registering before 5th june 2012, you are eligible for december 2012 attempt. 
Rs.15700 is the requisite fee for the postal coaching that is inclusive of computer training and GD/BC. 
and the computer training has to be cmpleted before sitting in the exam , the same goes with the GD/BC also.  
below is the form which i have attached for the intermediate admission :

and as you are going to apply fr the postal coaching , it is necessary that you have to send CC papers to the institute befre mid august 2012 for december 2012 exams.. these test papers will be given when u'll register urself and get the study material .

Agreed with Ankit, and I am sure, application has to be there in prospectus, if its not there, contact cwa office, and confirm with them, whether they accept downloaded form.

Procedure of regn, Fill up application, and attach photos, enclose attestated copies of degree certificates, and DD.., Before sending, take xerox of appln form and DD.
