How to get conso file from traces without token no. ?

I have lost the FY 2007-08 token No. , Challan amount etc. So I want to some correction in tds file . So pls help me to get the conso file without token no. and challan amount

You can get the token number from tin fc where you have filed the TDs return for the said year and make request for conso file accordingly. But without token number you can't .make request for conso file.

Is there any option to get duplicate copy from TRACES ?

Yes It can be done. You have to register Digital Signature with Traces and then u login with DSC. While logging in u have to give valid details of any one tds return andthen u can submit request for any periods consolidated files till your session is not expired.

Yes u can get token number. send your problem to contactus @ tdscpc.gov.in they will ask some details. from there u can get token number

It is possible to download Consol file from Trces With out any Details

for that First We need to Register a Digital Signatire on Traces

Click on the option of download console file using Digital Signature for KYC Details

Give any one TDS Statments you have with you for Digital signature Valadition

After that we can Download any information we want with in the expiry of that Session

If the Session Expired, Onc again we have to give the Details for Digital signature Validation

Hi Nikhil,

We can recover Any Year cono file, even without Token Number, BSR CODE & acknowledgement receipt. It is possible.

Yes you can. Even if you dont have - NO BSR Code, NO Token Number, NO Challan Serial Number... etc. Yes you can retrieve conso file with the help of DSC (Digital Signature).

Hi Roshan,

Yes it is possible without any Documents we can retrieve TDS Conso FIle with the help of DSC.

Even if you dont have BSR CODE, NO Token Number, No Challan Serial Number, No acknowledgement Reciept still we can Retrieve the data. Check the below video and follow the steps. You will recieve all your data of ANY YEAR & ANY QAURTER.
