How to get a refund in case no PAN has given.
PAN has not submitted in the bank during the FY, consequently deducted TDS by bank has not been deposited against the PAN .What would be the perfect resolution to get the refund??

Submit PAN to bank, and ask them to revise their TDS return so that the TDS will get reflected in your AIS report. Then file ITR to get refund.
