How to find out s.t amount through registration number

You must have filed service tax returns...go check the return you will get to know the challan date and challan number and micr code of the bank ....once you know the date of payment you can easily trace it.
No sir, They have not filed service tax return so far.
May be in books of records either in computer or manual
