How to find date of birth as per pan data base

Make an application for duplicate pan card without any change write the approximate date of birth,  you will receive letter from NSDL mentioning your DOB as per income tax database. Now send the same letter with tick on the Caption “Print Pan card as per Income Tax Database”.

You will receive your duplicate PAN card & DOB in just Rs.94/-

Another option would be - (which I did when I faced the similar problem in one of my client) - Income Tax Dept must have their database office in your city. Where all such details are maintained and most IMP they can give you these details.

Just go and request them and explain your genuine problem. If he agrees, he will tell you the DoB of that person. Otherwise, follow option suggested by Mr. Noufal.

If the client has a bank account, he can approach the bank authority, to get the pan copy, that would have been produced at the time of opening an account.
