Sir/Madam,

In case the charitable trust is engaged in only in giving donations to educational institutions and hospitals for meeting tution fees and hospetalization fees respectively for the identified beneficiaries.

Seperate Education Institution or Hospital is not run by the trust.

In this case how to fill up "Details of Projects/institution run by trust" in ITR - 7 (Part A General Information 1)

Usually the trust serves one group of institutes, and in the part the assesee has to fill the main receipents. PAN wiase segregation wil be helpful for the department to make the corpus utilization reconcillation
