How to fill nil service tax return

either you can fill zero in excel utility or fill online return by zero figures in all column and submit the same.

In ST-3 there is option of filling Nil return , so you have to chose return filling as nil return , so all figure will be zero figure ,then submit.

I haven't found choose option as "Nil submit return"  in ST3 return either in excell utility or direct online, sir can you please give me page no. where this option is available.
