Dear Tin Tin

You donot need to file ITR 4 as its for individual having profit or gain from business and profession. Rather u need to file ITR 2. ITR 2 is for salaried person also generating income from any other source other than Profit or gain from business or profession.

U are salaried person, fill Ur salary details as mentioned in the form's gross salary column.

U are also doing online trading, the income of which will come under the head income from other source.

I am a salaried person. My Employer provides me FORM 16.   I also do  Share trading ( equity intraday , delivery)  and F&O trading. So I suppose I  need to fill  ITR-4   I  have downloaded ITR -4  Excel. I  find this complicated.   Sheet   "Part -A-GENERAL"  has   an entry to fill up.. Return Filed  Under Section:   // What to fill up here ?   Sheet   "NATURE OF BUSINESS"  has   an entry to fill up.. // What to fill up here ?   Can anyone please throw some light ?
