How to fill ca ipcc registration form

in the ipcc registration form column 11 a name ( what should be filled there.)

and in damand draft, in favour of whom the demand draft should be taken .

i went to state bank of india and filled a demand draft for ipcc regitration for both group with articles for 11000 rs in favour of " the secretary, the institute of chartered accountants of india".

but the bank employee told , you can't take a demand draft in favour of " the secratary , the institute of chartered accountants of india" instead take demand draft in favour of " icai".what should i have to do now. may i take demand draft in favour of "icai"

The demand draft shd be in favor of "the secratary , the institute of chartered accountants of india" only and not ICAI

If the banker does not do so, approach any other branch... they will prepare the same in the name as requested by you

when i was doing the demand draft for cpt they changed the word institute to inst. and they didnt use the word "of". So you can use shortened forms of each word :) I did it in SBI , by the way. :)
