How to file Form 10BA

This form is available now but after filling up the entire form, the OTP received for e-verification is invalid. Also, the system does no allow to save draft form, you will have to fill it up again & again.

As on today 16th October 2021, I dont find Form 10BA on the new IT site.  So curious how you got it and received OTP. On the Forms section this form does not exist.

Below is the path where you can fill up the Form 10BA

e-file > Income Tax Forms > File Income Tax Forms

3 Tabs will appear on the screen,

1) Person with Business / Professional Income

2) Person without Business / Professional Income

3) Person not dependent on any source of Income (Source of Income not relevant)

Pls go to 3rd tab, there you will find Form 10BA.

Thanks. Was able to fill and submit form without  any difficulty. If OTP did not come ask for it again and it works. Got acknowledgement and so everything seems fine. However when I went to verify forms in View filled forms and download the form the file generated is corrupted for some strange reason. I assume data is safe with the IT dept or is it corrupted in their server? Dont know.

Any comments wlll be appreciated.

When I relogged into the site I could get the PDF of the 10BA that I had filed. Problem solved. Thanks to CA Ritu Chauhan for the help.

I am facing the same problem. OTP is not getting verified. Tried so many times. Please help me

At the time E-Verify, when entered adhar verified OTP and press 'VALIDATE' , it says please enter valid values. Tried several times but in vain only. Please help to resolve the issue. Screen shot is furnished below.
