Please rephrase your question. What is "below non taxable amount" ? Can you give clear cut idea as to what is in your mind. For loan last three/two years return is suficient.
What is the exact purpose of filing return for last 16 years.
to include my proberties valued about 20 lakhs in itr.below taxble means below 250000.

Why you want to show properties in ITR. I have not understood the purpose of filing ITR if it is below taxable limit.
