How to download form 16-a ?

Friends,

For the year ending 31.3.2013, all TDS certificates are to be issued only by downloading from IT site.

Can any one pl send me the right steps to download the forms?

E-TDS returns are filed for all 4 quarters for the FY 2012-13.

first login with traces  https://www.tdscpc.gov.in/app/login.xhtml

than go to download

select the qtr

and field the requirement using your receipt no. ( token no. )

There is an e-Tutorial in the TRACES Portal itself.

do organizations have to send hardcopy of the TDS certs any more ?

DOWNLOAD FILE FIRST FROM TRACES THEN PRINT FORM 16A USING TRACES PDF CONVERTER.IF U HAVE ANY PROBLEM IN DOWNLOADING ,THEN TELL.
