how many partner are there , if more than partner in firm than its a case of retirement , firm dont get dissolved in case firm has more than 2 partner . if firm has only 2 partner and u will retire than the firm gets dissolved in that case make a dissolution deed and get it notarty and surrender the pan card of firm
